The Malta Squash Masters 2023 is here – part of the European Squash Masters Circuit – once again set amongst the palm trees and gardens of the Marsa Sports Club on the beautiful island of Malta.
Fantastic squash and a fantastic holiday all in one!
With a 4 star tournament hotel set right by the sea as well as BBQ’s, evening entertainment, sightseeing and boat trips, we hope to make this a very special tournament for everyone involved.
Non-playing family and friends are also very welcome to join.

Package A – EUR60 : Entry Fee only (including EUR5 ESF Ranking fee)
Package B – EUR105 : Entry Fee + Transport
Package C – EUR360 per person : 3 nights accommodation in single room (incl breakfast) + Transport + Entry fee
Package D – EUR255 per person : 3 nights accommodation sharing in a double room room (incl breakfast) + Transport + Entry fee
Package E – EUR195 per person : Non-Player, 3 nights accommodation sharing in a double room (incl breakfast) + Transport
Extra nights : EUR85 per night in single room / EUR50 per night per person in double room (your tournament package already includes 3 nights – so if, for example, you wanted to stay for 4 nights in total, then you would need to select and pay for 1 extra night)
Transport = Pick up on arrival from airport to hotel + drop off from hotel or sports club to airport + shuttle buses between hotel and sports club
All above packages for players include the EUR5.00 ESF Ranking fee
Venue Information
Marsa Sports Club is a beautiful venue with 5x glass backed, air conditioned squash courts with excellent spectator seating behind 4 courts and then room for 150 specators behind the main show court.
A large central club house with indoor and outdoor bars and restaurants, nice gardens, tennis and padel courts, cricket pitch and golf course, all create an amazing sporting and social hub where players and their guests will be very comfortable spending their days throughout the tournament.
Schedule
First matches will start at 09.00 on Friday 3rd November.
Last matches will finish at approximately 14.30 / 15.00 on Sunday 5th November.
The airport is less than 15 mins drive from the Marsa Sports Club.
Accommodation Details
The Tournament Hotel is the 4 star Cavalieri Hotel set right next to the sea near to Spinola Bay in St Julians.
It is a beautiful location and also walking distance from the many restaurants and bars in the St Julians area.

Food & Entertainment
Marsa Sports Club have a nice restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
We will also be in contact with all players nearer the time with details of specially organised meals and events for players and their guests.
Tournament Entry

You will require a current European Squash ID number(ESID) in order to enter – this ESID can be very simply obtained at this link: Register for an ESID
Categories (Men & Women) from 35+ to 70+ (categories may be amalgamated if not enough entries in one category)
Playing Conditions
The tournament will be run following all ESF Masters Circuit regulations.
Seedings will be based on ESF Rankings and all Draws based on ESF regulations
Dunlop tournament ball to be used for all matches.
Travel
There are many direct flights to Malta from all over Europe.
Air Malta is the national airline but Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Lufthansa and many other airlines all have regular flights to Malta.
The international airport is less than 15 mins from the Marsa Sports Club and 25 mins from the tournament hotel.
Bolt and Uber both operate in Malta and offer the best and cheapest taxi services.
Our travel package option will include pick up and drop off from the airport as well as a choice of shuttle buses between the tournament hotel and sports club every day
